Study on the Dynamic Evolution and Regional Differences of the Level of High-Quality Economic and Social Development in China

Analyzing the dynamic evolution and regional differences of level high-quality economic social development based on perspective long time can be beneficial for informing effect economy in China. This study builds a evaluation index system oriented to five directions. To deepen analysis, TOPSIS entropy is used measure 31 provinces China from 2000 2019, considering temporal characteristics laws four regions. Dagum’s Gini coefficient method also applied discover driving factors. There are three key results. First, comprehensive runs well; however, momentum, innovationability, safety assurance differ significantly. obvious path dependence, demonstrating spatial gradient, with that high east, moderate central part, low west. Second, trend each province gratifying, but there dimensions innovation ability, security index. Third, overall coordination regions weak—that is, levels intensified differentiation; it will difficult close gap short term, given heterogeneity among promote formation new, balanced pattern quality complementary advantages, should targeted double cycle implementing strategies enhancing coordination.
